RemarksBonnie's Arch is an iconic dive site here in Grand Cayman. But it's not always accessible due to heavy currents. On this day, I joined a boat dive that was doing a drift dive, ending at the arch. I stopped ahead of the arch and hunkered down out of the current to frame these tube and vase sponges in the foreground. When the jacks appeared in the arch, a fellow diver started to photograph them. I waited until both the diver and jacks were in the frame, then got this shot. Fun story...after I took this shot, I let the current carry me to the arch and my fellow photographer...where we both discovered that the rest of the group had been swept off the site in the fast current. The two of us gripped onto the mooring line and did our safety stops Superman-style. After the boat picked us up, we found the rest of the divers who had been pushed along about 3 more sites!
